Terms of Use

To all jabb3r.net-Users,The jabb3r.net-server is accessible for everybody, provided that:

• nobody is abusing our service (e.g. raising traffic, too many connection attempts, etc.)
• the server is not used for illegal stuff. You know what is illegal.

In case of contempt we will block the jabb3r.net account and/or the IP-adress.Furthermore the following rules are valid:

• Accounts, which were unused for more than 12 months, are deleted

• In suspicion of abuse/contempt the account will be blocked or deleted.

What is Illegal, what is abuse? Illegal is everything corresponding to the Austrian law! Abuse is anything that the operators of this site defined as abuse. Note that we can also delete accounts without warning or reason. This is not usual, we have this right for security reasons only. Whoever behaves does not have to fear anything.
 
For the user's security:

• We don't save your chatprogresses or pass it to a third party. Our privacy policy can be found here.

• The user is allowed to drive a bot, while it acts adequately.

• In case you forget your password, please contact us via email at contact@example.com where example.com is to be replaced with the domain jabb3r.net.

• You can use encryption in conversations. Actually, we encourage you to use encryption.
